Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen rund um das Thema Personal
- Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden von der Einstellung bis hin zur Beendigung eines Beschäftigungsverhältnisses, z. B. durch die Erstellung von Verträgen, Abmahnungen, Zeugnissen, Kündigungen, Elternzeit etc.
- Du pflegst die Personalstamm- und Bewegungsdaten im Personalmanagementsystem und verwaltest die Personalakten
- Du bereitest die monatliche Lohnabrechnung vor und erstellest bei Bedarf Bescheinigungen für Behörden
- Mitwirken an Prozessen im ganzen Unternehmen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung z.B. in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Personalmanagement
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Personalwesen oder HR mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Du hast gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
