Ihre Aufgaben:
- Überwachung und Verwaltung offener Forderungen
- Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden zur Klärung von Zahlungsfragen
- Erstellung von Mahnschreiben und Durchführung Mahnwesen
- Analyse von Zahlungseingängen und -verzögerungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Optimierung des Forderungsmanagement
- Reporting und Dokumentation der Forderungsentwicklung

Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Finanzwesen (z. B. Rechtsanwalts- oder Notarfachangestellte m/w/d)
- Grundkenntnisse im Vertrags- und Inkassorecht
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Beurteilung von Zahlungsausfällen
- Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit Fingerspitzengefühl
- Erste Erfahrungen im Forderungsmanagement oder in der Buchhaltung sowie im Umgang mit Debitoren von Vorteil
- Empathie und ein gutes Gespür für die Situation unserer Debitoren
- Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
