Was erwartet Dich?
- Du bist für die operative Vertragsabwicklung unserer internationalen Freelancing-Projekte verantwortlich
- Du berätst unsere Kunden, Kandidaten und internen Kollegen in Bezug auf Vertragsinhalte und rechtliche Fragestellungen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung aller Compliance-Richtlinien hinsichtlich unserer Freelancing-Projekte sicher
- Du erstellst und verwaltest unsere externen Vertragsvorlagen und Templates sowohl in Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
- Du unterstützt den weiteren Ausbau des Contract Managements

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise aus dem Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Du bringst 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Contract Management in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche mit
- Du verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine präzise Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Spaß an administrativen Aufgaben
- Du bist proaktiv und arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
