Als Product Owner (m/w/d) bist Du der CEO des Produktes und schaffst zusammen mit Deinem internationalen Team einen echten Value für unsere Kunden. Dabei übernimmst Du die zentrale Planung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller e-Commerce Plattform Lösungen auf Basis von Composable Commerce. Dich erwartet eine Arbeitsumgebung, die geprägt ist durch Transparenz, Partnerschaft und Vertrauen. Deine Mission
- Du übernimmst die zentrale Rolle für die Entwicklung und Optimierung der digitalen Customer Journey und als Ansprechperson bist du für alle Fachbereiche zuständig, erfasst die Anforderungen in einem übergreifenden Backlog und begleitest diese in der Implementierung
- Du verstehst die Business- und Kundenbedürfnisse und konzipierst Produktlösungen, die den Wünschen der verschiedenen Stakeholdern gerecht werden und die Team-/Projektziele erreichen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren UX Designer:innen bei der Umsetzung von neuen innovativen Produkten zusammen
- Du verzahnst dich intern als auch extern mit den unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und treibst bereichsübergreifende Themen voran
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um das Produkt

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Medieninformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT Product Owner (m/w/d) und hast bereits mit Scrum Teams digitale Produkte entwickelt
- Du hast Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Projektmanagementmethoden wie z.B. Kanban, Scrum und Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und verstehst, wie Gesamtsysteme funktionieren
- Du hast die Fähigkeit und großen Spaß daran, Komplexität zu managen sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du bist souverän im Stakeholder Management und kannst zwischen unterschiedlichen Interessenslagen abwägen, vermitteln und Lösungen finden
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
