Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust eine feste Auswahl an Veranstalter:innen und begleitest sie optional per E-Mail, Telefon oder vor Ort
- Du berätst deinen Kundenstamm zu Neuerungen und Erweiterungen mit deiner technischen Expertise
- Du setzt Upselling-Maßnahmen um, um sowohl den Veranstalter:innen als auch uns zu helfen, zu wachsen
- Du gestaltest den Verkauf von Tickets und den Einlass für Veranstaltungen und Parks
- Du wirkst bei der Schaffung von Strukturen und Prozessen zur Optimierung der Qualität und Reaktionszeit auf Anfragen mit
- Du begleitest unsere wichtigsten Veranstalter:innen vor Ort, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten und übernimmst das Notfall-Telefon in regelmäßigen Abständen (ca. 1x im Monat) bei besonderen Herausforderungen am Wochenende

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast zwingend Erfahrung im Bereich Event oder Ticketing, alternativ mit Buchungssystemen (mind. 2 Jahre) - Erfahrung als Account Manager sind nice to have
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
- Du bewahrst auch in herausfordernden Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf
- Du bist offen gegenüber neuen Systemen (ähnlich wie Word und Excel, aber nicht aus der Microsoft-Welt)
- Du hast eine technische Affinität, um den Alltag in einem Software-Unternehmen zu meistern
- Du wünschst dir ein motiviertes, dynamisches Team mit modernem Arbeitsumfeld und Arbeitsweisen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
