Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwaltest das Produkt-Backlog, erstellst und überwachst projektspezifische To-Do-Listen zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung
- Du priorisierst Anforderungen und koordinierst Umfang, Budget und Zeit zur Priorisierung der Projektanforderungen
- Du überwachst die Entwicklungsphasen und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf aller Entwicklungsphasen sicher
- Du prognostizierst Kundenbedürfnisse, erstellst und pflegst Customer Journey Maps zur Vorhersage und Erfüllung der Kundenbedürfnisse
- Du fungierst als Kommunikationsschnittstelle und vermittelst effektiv zwischen allen beteiligten Parteien
- Du bewertest regelmäßig den Produktionsdurchlauf und die Entwicklungsprozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Product Management im Ticketing oder einer vergleichbaren IT-/Tech-Branche und bringst eine hohe technische Affinität mit
- Du hast ein Verständnis von Buchungsprozessen oder Reservierungsmanagement, das dir ein sicheres Gespür für Markttrends, neue Anforderungen und die alltäglichen Herausforderungen der Nutzung gibt
- Du hast mindestens Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Kassen (Einrichtung)
- Du bist strukturiert, hast Spaß daran, neue Lösungen zu entwickeln, und bist kommunikativ mit Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
- Du bist nicht abgeschreckt von gelegentlicher Kommunikation in englischer Sprache
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist kreativ, teamfähig und proaktiv in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
