Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Verantwortung über die Leistungsphasen 5-8 der HOAI in der Landschaftsarchitektur
- Du erstellst Ausführungspläne und Detailzeichnungen
- Du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit Fachplaner:innen, Auftraggeber:innen sowie Behörden
- Du überwachst den Bau und stellst die Qualität sicher
- Du führst Baubesprechungen durch und dokumentierst den Baufortschritt
- Du wirkst bei der Kostenkontrolle und Terminplanung mit und entwickelst eigenverantwortlich kreative Lösungen zur Steigerung der Projektqualität

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den HOAI Bauphasen 5-8
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Ausführung von Landschaftsarchitekturprojekten
- Du gehst sicher mit den Software-Programmen Orca-AVA, Microsoft Excel und Word, Vectorworks um
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Landschafts-)Architektur, Gartenbau oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet – alternativ einen Meistertitel im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kreativität und einem guten Gespür für Gestaltung sowie Funktionalität

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
