Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Bereich B2B Büroeinrichtungen für New Work (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei der Akquise von Neukund:innen, welche sich quer durch alle Branchen und Größen ziehen und der Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Du entwickelst neue Arbeitsumgebungen, indem du Bedarfsanalysen bei Kund:innen durchführst, Workshops leitest und einen Consultingpart übernimmst
- Du konzipierst und planst innovative Arbeitsplätze und arbeitest dabei mit Fachkräften aus der Architektur und Innenarchitektur zusammen
- Du präsentierst Lösungen bei Kund:innen, bereitest Präsentationen vor und erstellst Angebote
- Du arbeitest in der Metropolregion Nürnberg – Fürth – Erlangen und betreust deinen Kundenstamm vor Ort - Übernachtungstouren stehen dabei nicht für dich an, du bist abends wieder daheim!
- Du akquirierst dein Kundenportfolio durch telefonische und digitale Kaltakquise und arbeitest nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung ca. 50% im Büro und 50% vor Ort, bei deinen Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Kauffrau/Kaufmann), ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Marketing oder Kommunikation
- Du hast bereits mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und diese zwingend im B2B Bereich sammeln können
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Spaß am Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenstammes
- Du bringst Ausdauer, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement mit
- Du kommst idealerweise aus der Region
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
