Für unseren Hauptsitz in Kreuztal oder optional unsere Niederlassung in Bochum sucht die Abteilung Gleisbau der KAF Falkenhahn Bau AG zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Poliere im Gleisbau in Vollzeit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Führung deiner Kolonne und steuerst die täglichen Bauabläufe auf unseren anspruchsvollen Tief- und Gleisbau-Baustellen.
- Du koordinierst den Einsatz von Personal, Geräten sowie Material und arbeitest dabei eng mit Nachunternehmern und der Bauleitung zusammen.
- Du stellst die fachgerechte und qualitativ einwandfreie Ausführung aller Arbeiten sicher und überwachst konsequent die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle förderst du dein Team, leitest Auszubildende an und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gleis- oder Tiefbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, z. B. als Vorarbeiter:in.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits eine Weiterbildung zum Polier (m/w/d) abgeschlossen oder bist bereit für diesen nächsten Karriereschritt.
- Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Gleisbau und in der Führung von Kolonnen mit.
- Als teamorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit kommunizierst du klar und sicher auf Deutsch.
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, auf unseren Baustellen mit Schwerpunkt in NRW zu arbeiten.
