Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst dafür, dass die dir zugewiesene Baustelle erfolgreich und zeitgerecht umgesetzt wird
- Du leitest deine Kolonne und koordinierst die Arbeitsabläufe vor Ort, stets mit Blick auf die Einhaltung aller erforderlichen Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden, Auszubildenden und Nachunternehmer:innen auf der Baustelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gleisbau/Tiefbau und idealerweise eine zusätzliche Qualifikation als Polier (m/w/d) oder hast durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erworben, z.B. als Vorarbeiter:in, die den nächsten Karriereschritt wagen möchte
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Gleisbau mit und hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist durchsetzungsfähig und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, auf unseren Baustellen mit Schwerpunkt NRW zu arbeiten
