Bauüberwacher Elektrotechnik und DGUV 3 Koordinator (m/w/d)
Als Bauüberwacher Elektrotechnik und DGUV 3 Koordinator übernimmst Du die volle Verantwortung auf den Baustellen. Da diese sich Deutschlandweit befinden, arbeitest du immer flexibel an dem jeweiligen Standort der Baustelle vor Ort. Die Einarbeitung kann derzeit entweder an unserem Hauptstandort in Ludwigshafen am Rhein oder in Berlin statt finden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Überwachung der Einhaltung der Terminpläne für die Bauaktivitäten der Fremdfirmen
- Überwachung der in den Zuständigkeitsbereich eBOP (Electrical Balance of Plant) anfallenden Lieferungen und Leistungen von Zulieferern und Fremdfirmen
- Überwachung von Bauleistungen im Bereich eBOP sowie Erstellung eines entsprechenden Protokolls hierüber
- Bauüberwachung und Reporting der Einhaltung aller arbeitsrelevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften von Baustellenmitarbeitern der Fremdfirmen
- Fachspezifische Berichterstattung (technische Dokumentation) für den Bereich eBOP
- Ggfs. Erstellung von Mängelberichten
- Sicherheitstechnische Kontrolle der Baustelle und Koordination auf der Baustelle zur Wahrung der Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Grundkenntnisse in der E-Technik - mind. 1-3 Projekte
- Kenntnisse VDE 105
- mind. 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung in der Elektrotechnik
- MS Project
- Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge der unterschiedlichen Gewerke auf der Baustelle
- DGUV 3 Koordinator
- Mittelspannungserfahrung
2 to 4 years of work experience required

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
