Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Werkleitung bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Normen sowie Kund:innenanforderungen in den Bereichen Qualität, Umwelt, Arbeitssicherheit, Energiemanagement und Lebensmittelsicherheit
- Du beurteilst, sicherst und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Qualitätsfähigkeit unserer Produkte und Prozesse durch die Entwicklung und Implementierung abgestimmter Maßnahmen gemäß internen Vorgaben sowie rechtlichen und kund:innenbezogenen Anforderungen
- Du führst Schulungen, Coaching und Mentoring in Bezug auf Produktqualitätsstandards, Qualitätspläne und die Anwendung des Qualitätssystems (QS) des Unternehmens durch
- Du führst selbständig interne und externe Audits durch und unterstützt dabei
- Du führst regelmäßig Tests durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse für Zertifizierungs- und Konformitätszwecke; du erstellst Berichte, Akten und andere administrative Unterlagen zur Unterstützung von Qualitätsplänen und -systemen
- Du fungierst als Kommunikationsschnittstelle für alle internen und externen SHEQ-relevanten Themen und wirkst bei der Initiierung und Umsetzung korrigierender Maßnahmen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Qualität
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrie
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Produktionsumfeld und sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, Word und PowerPoint
- Du hast sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert und hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Du hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung z.B. zum Sicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Umwelt-, Food-Safety- oder Energiemanagementbeauftragten und bist bereit zu reisen (auch außerhalb von Deutschland)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
