In deiner Rolle als Kreditsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) bist du ein essenzieller Bestandteil unseres Teams. Du trägst maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei, indem du als erste Ansprechperson unsere Kund:innen bei Fragen rund um ihre Immobilienprojekte und deren Finanzierung betreust. Mit deinem Fachwissen unterstützt du die Geschäftsleitung in der Kundenberatung und sorgst durch dein Engagement für reibungslose Kommunikation und effizientes Dokumentenmanagement.

Du führst EDV-gestützte Kommunikation und Dokumentenmanagement durch
Du bearbeitest Kreditunterlagen
Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung in der Kundenberatung für Immobilienfinanzierungen
Du bist die erste Ansprechperson unserer Kund:innen bei Fragen zur Abwicklung rund um deren Immobilienprojekt und dessen Finanzierung
Du erstellst Kreditverträge und -unterlagen
Du arbeitest mit Geschäftspartnern und Kreditinstituten zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast Erfahrungen in einem Kreditabwicklungssystem wie Europace, eHyp, Baufinext, Genopace oder Finmas
Du hast entweder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Qualifikation im Bankwesen, wie Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau (m/w/d), Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d), Finanzberater:in, Kreditmanager:in, Immobilienkaufmann/Immobilienkauffrau (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellte:r (m/w/d), Baufinanzierungsberater:in
Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung aus dem Umfeld der Baufinanzierung mit
Du hast mindestens einen mittleren Schulabschluss oder gleichwertig (erforderlich)
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word und Excel)
Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenaffinität
Du hast Spaß am akribischen Arbeiten und an der Fehlervermeidung
Du bist kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert, teamfähig und arbeitest selbstständig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
