Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Standort Einbeck (remote möglich) einen IT-Consultant (m/w/d) im Bereich Modern Workplace mit Fokus auf Microsoft Intune in Vollzeit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden individuell zur Optimierung ihrer IT-Infrastruktur und Arbeitsprozesse und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf.
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen im Bereich Workplace Management und konzipierst Lösungen mit Fokus auf Microsoft Intune.
- Du implementierst und entwickelst Microsoft Windows 10/11 Konfigurationen stetig weiter, mit besonderem Fokus auf Clientdesign und Security.
- Du führst Schulungen und Workshops für unsere Kunden durch und vermittelst ihnen wertvolles Wissen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden und Projektteams zusammen, führst Kick-Off-Meetings durch und hältst regelmäßige Status-Updates.
- Du planst und steuerst Projekte, definierst Ziele und Meilensteine und überwachst den Projektfortschritt.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und gut Englisch (B2)
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Workplace Management mit Fokus auf Microsoft Intune.
- Du hast idealerweise an Schulungen oder Zertifizierungen wie „Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)“ teilgenommen.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.
- Du kennst dich mit der Administration von Microsoft-Umgebungen aus: Microsoft Office, Windows-Betriebssysteme, Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft Azure und Intune.
- Du bist vertraut mit der Anwendung von Desktop-Gruppenrichtlinien.
- Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in VMware oder SCCM sowie Zertifikate im Projektmanagement (z. B. PRINCE2, PMP oder ITIL).

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
