Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst die Montage mit einem Fokus auf Sicherheit und Qualität
- Du überwachst und koordinierst mechanische Montagearbeiten von europaweiten Kundenprojekten
- Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
- Du führst Teams und arbeitest mit Gewerken zusammen
- Du führst und leitest mechanische Bauteams und überwachst die Montage und Installation der Elektrolyseure, Skids und Rohrleitungen
- Du erstellst Arbeitspläne, Inspektionsberichte und Qualitätsdokumentationen und stellst die termingerechte Fertigstellung sicher
- Du organisierst und bereitest Projekte vor, einschließlich der Zusammenstellung der benötigten Zeichnungen, Dokumente und Werkzeuge, und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Techniker:in, Meister:in oder hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise in leitender Position
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Montage von Maschinen, Rohrleitungen und Anlagen und bist vertraut mit relevanten Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Normen im Anlagenbau
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams und gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Du bist zuverlässig und genau in deiner Arbeitsweise und besitzt Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B und idealerweise zusätzliche Qualifikationen wie Stapler- oder Hubarbeitsbühnenschein
- Du bist bereit, in Höhen zu arbeiten und mit Persönlicher Schutzausrüstung gegen Absturz (PSAgA) umzugehen, und hast eine Reisebereitschaft von 75% bis zu 90%
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens auf B2-Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
