IT-Systemadministrator für Windows Infrastruktur (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wählst, konfigurierst, installierst, bereitest vor und pflegst eine homogene IT-Infrastruktur, vorrangig auf Windows-Basis
- Du richtest Windows-Server ein, konfigurierst und pflegst sie (MS Exchange, MS AD, DNS, SQL, Hyper-V), betreust Computer-Arbeitsplätze inklusive Client- und Usermanagement über Active-Directory und bietest Druckersupport
- Du konzipierst, überwachst und entwickelst die Netzwerkinfrastruktur weiter (z.B.: LAN, WLAN, VPN)
- Du führst kontinuierliche Fehleranalysen durch, dokumentierst, evaluierst und realisierst Lösungsmöglichkeiten
- Du förderst die Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Optimierung unserer Systeme und bist verantwortlich für die Beschaffung und Wartung von Geräten, wie Rechnern, Drucker- und Multifunktionsgeräten, sowie von Softwareprodukten für den Verwaltungs- und Produktionsbetrieb
- Du setzt IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien um und stellst verlässliche Backup- und Storage-Lösungen bereit
- Du unterstützt Mitarbeitende (First & Second Level) und behebst erfasste, ggf. auch komplexere Support-Fälle in Hard- und Softwareangelegenheiten für ca. 180 Mitarbeitende am Standort Waltershausen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Berufsausbildung in der Informations-/Kommunikationstechnik, z. B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich gesammelt und Kenntnisse im Bereich der Netzwerktechnik (LAN, WLAN, VoIP, TCP/IP, VLAN, Firewall)
- Du besitzt vertiefte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit virtuellen und physischen Servern (Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und Wartung mittels Hyper-V, VMWare und DataCore sind wünschenswert) sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows Server 2016 und Active-Directory
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, analytische Denkweise und lösungsorientierte Umsetzung
- Du bist teamfähig, flexibel, ausdauernd und bereit zur Weiterbildung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
