Was erwartet Sie?
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich deine Mandanten aus dem landwirtschaftlichen Sektor und stehst ihnen als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in partnerschaftlich zur Seite.
- Mithilfe von DATEV erstellst du präzise Finanzbuchhaltungen sowie private und betriebliche Steuererklärungen.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und führst die Korrespondenz mit Finanzämtern und anderen Behörden.
- Als wichtiger Teil des Teams teilst du dein Fachwissen aktiv mit deinen Kolleg:innen und ihr unterstützt euch gegenseitig bei komplexen Fragestellungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d).
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen mit, idealerweise aus einer Steuerkanzlei.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV bist du sicher und hast idealerweise schon mit nlb-Anwendungen gearbeitet.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig sowie strukturiert und du hast Interesse an oder bereits Erfahrung mit landwirtschaftlichen Mandaten.
- Du kommunizierst mandantenorientiert sowie verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und begegnest Menschen mit Herz und Verstand.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
