Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Standort in Einbeck eine Teamleitung (m/w/d) im Bereich IT-Support & Digital Workplace mit Fokus auf MS Intune in Vollzeit – mit der Möglichkeit zum hybriden Arbeiten (mind. 1x pro Woche vor Ort).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest ein motiviertes 6-köpfiges Team – menschlich, fachlich und strategisch.
- Du gestaltest und verantwortest moderne Client-Management-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft Intune
- Du entwickelst Konzepte für den digitalen Arbeitsplatz unserer Kunden und setzt sie gemeinsam mit deinem Team um.
- Du entwickelst dein Team fachlich und persönlich weiter und begleitest neue Kolleg:innen als Mentor.
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für Supportthemen und steuerst Maßnahmen zur schnellen und effizienten Lösung.
- Du berätst, planst und verantwortest Projekte im Bereich Digital Workplace – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung beim Kunden und sorgst dabei für eine hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und gut Englisch (B2)
- Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld, im speziellen mit MS Intune.
- Du hast Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Umsetzung von Digital Workplace-Projekten
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, ActiveDirectory / Azure und Desktop-Gruppenrichtlinien und idealerweise Microsoft-Zertifizierungen in den genannten Bereichen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
