Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzentrierst dich zu 50% deiner Rolle auf die Neukundenakquise. Du führst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess – vom ersten Kontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Mit maßgeschneiderten Lösungen und überzeugenden Demos gewinnst du Entscheider:innen für dich und verhandelst auf Augenhöhe. Dein Ziel: Wertvolle Deals abschließen und nachhaltige Umsätze schaffen
- Du fokussierst dich zu 50% deiner Rolle auf das Account Management. Du etablierst dich als vertrauenswürdige:r Partner:in, baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und identifizierst neue Opportunities in bestehenden Accounts. Dabei schöpfst du das volle Potenzial deiner Kund:innen aus und entwickelst ihre Accounts kontinuierlich weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem SDR-, Marketing- und Produkt-Team zusammen, um häufig auftretende Kundenwünsche zu erkennen und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte voranzutreiben
- Du behältst deine Ziele stets im Blick, analysierst deine Pipeline und optimierst kontinuierlich deine Sales-Strategien, um für unsere Kund:innen die besten Lösungen zu finden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrungen im B2B Sales mit und konntest bestenfalls schon mit Mid-und Enterprise Kund:innen arbeiten
- Du verfügst über Fachwissen im Softwaresektor, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen PropTech und Real Estate Tech
- Du bist ehrgeizig, wissbegierig und motiviert, dich schnell weiterzuentwickeln
- Du hast eine starke persönliche Präsenz und bist in der Lage, auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sprichst Englisch (B2), weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit, regelmäßig innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen (ca. 10%)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
