Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen regelmäßige Wundvisiten bei unseren Patient:innen vor Ort durch und beurteilen den Wundverlauf, um eine lückenlose Versorgung zu gewährleisten
- Sie erstellen eine individuelle Wunddokumentation inklusive Therapievorschlägen für alle Beteiligten in der Wundversorgung sowie zur Qualitätssicherung
- Sie suchen das regelmäßige Gespräch mit den behandelnden Ärzt:innen, informieren über den aktuellen Wundstatus und sprechen Therapieempfehlungen aus
- Sie unterweisen Ihre Patient:innen, deren Angehörige und alle am Versorgungsprozess Beteiligten in der Handhabung von Verbandsstoffen
- Sie verantworten das Rezeptmanagement Ihrer Patient:innen
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team des Vertriebs, des Innendienstes und der Logistik verfolgen Sie das Ziel, ein Netzwerk sowie Ihren Kund:innenstamm aktiv aufzubauen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) und haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Wundexpert:in ICW (84 UE) absolviert oder bringen die Bereitschaft mit, diese zu erwerben
- Sie verfügen über exzellente Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation und im Beziehungsmanagement zum Aufbau langfristiger Kund:innenbindungen
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre intrinsische Motivation und Ihren Geschäftssinn, dabei zeichnen Sie sich durch Ihre patientenorientierte Persönlichkeit und Ihr sicheres Auftreten aus
- Sie legen den Fokus auf die mobile Patient:innenbetreuung und -beratung und bringen daher einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
