Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie akquirieren aktiv Neukund:innen und bauen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus
- Sie beraten Kund:innen und Interessent:innen zu unseren Transformatoren und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten
- Sie erstellen und verfolgen Angebote und führen Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Abschluss
- Sie nehmen an Messen und Fachveranstaltungen teil, um unsere Produkte zu präsentieren und neue Kontakte zu gewinnen
- Sie führen Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
- Sie arbeiten mit dem Konstruktions-Team zusammen, um kundenspezifische Lösungen sicherzustellen und unterstützen bei Reklamationsprozessen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise im Bereich Transformatoren oder der Elektroindustrie
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Sie sind reisebereit (2-3 mal im Monat) und flexibel
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen und sprechen fließend Deutsch (C1) sowie gut Englisch (B1/B2) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
