Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst IT-Projekte mit Fokus auf agile Methoden und Skalierung
- Du skalierst agile Prozesse und förderst die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Du planst, moderierst und organisierst agile Meetings und Praktiken
- Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Entwickler:innen und dem Management zusammen
- Du bist verantwortlich für Risiko-, Ressourcen- und Stakeholder-Management
- Du coachst Teams und Führungskräfte in agilen Methoden und begleitest die agile Transformation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT-Projektmanager:in mit Fokus auf agile Methoden, agile Prozesse und Skalierungsansätze
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über tiefgehende Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Frameworks
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Change-Management
- Du besitzt Zertifizierungen in relevanten Frameworks und Erfahrung im agilen Coaching ist von Vorteil
- Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung, IT-Architektur und modernen Technologien
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in der Stakeholder-Interaktion sowie eine strukturierte, flexible und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams aktiv zu unterstützen und zu coachen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau) und ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis und Schufa-Auskunft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
