Wir suchen Unterstützung im Bereich der Elektrokonstruktion. Du arbeitest im Team von 4 bis 5 Mitarbeitern für unsere innovativen Kunden.

Was erwartet dich?

Du konstruierst elektrotechnische Hardware für komplexe Steuerungen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau im Bereich Schaltschrankbau unter Einhaltung von relevanten Normen, Richtlinien und Vorschriften sowie den Anforderungen der Kund:innen
Du arbeitest detaillierte konstruktive Lösungen im Rahmen vorgegebener Aufgabenstellungen oder erstellter Lösungskonzepte aus
Du führst Nachweise und dokumentierst die Konformität der konstruierten Erzeugnisse
Du erstellst Risikobeurteilungen und erarbeitest Fertigungs- und Kundendokumentationen mit ePLAN-Tools inkl. 3D-Aufbau der Schaltschränke
Du arbeitest bei der Überleitung der konstruierten Erzeugnisse in die Produktion mit und optimierst zur Erlangung der Fertigungsreife
Du bist an der technischen Klarstellung von Kundenanfragen beteiligt und arbeitest technische Angebote aus, berätst Kund:innen technisch und zu wirtschaftlich günstigen Lösungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik
Du bringst langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrokonstruktion mit und verfügst über Fachwissen zur Erstellung von Stromlaufplänen sowie der Schaltschrankkonstruktion
Du hast Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von CAD-gestützten Dokumentationen und sehr gute Kenntnisse nordamerikanischer Normen (UL508A, NFPA79)
Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, zuverlässig, präzise, strukturiert, selbständig und eigenverantwortlich

Willkommen bei SAE Schaltanlagenbau Erfurt Wer sind wir? Und warum steckt in uns die Power? Es gibt kaum eine Industriebranche, die ohne SPS-Schaltanlagen richtig gut funktioniert. Dort, wo Prozesse in der Produktion automatisiert, optimiert, diversifiziert oder skaliert werden sollen, kommen Schaltanlagen mit SPS zum Einsatz. SPS steht für speicherprogrammierbare Steuerung – und SPS-Schaltanlagen sind genau das, was wir bei SAE täglich konzipieren und bauen. Beispiel gefällig? Nehmen wir die Lebensmittelindustrie. Dort kommen industrielle Dampferzeuger zum Einsatz. Zum Erhitzen, Reinigen, Sterilisieren usw. Für diese Dampferzeuger-Anlagen bauen wir die Steuerungen. Konkret: Großbrauereien können auch ohne uns ihr Bier brauen. Nur eben nicht in der gleichbleibenden Spitzenqualität wie der Kunde es möchte. Oder möchtet Ihr gern trübes Bier trinken? Oder die optische Industrie. Hier geht es um Genauigkeit im Nanometer-Bereich. Unsere Schaltanlagen steuern Linsenschleifer, Sensoren und Kamerasysteme. Damit werden sie erst wirklich leistungsfähig. Also könnte die optische Industrie zwar auch ohne unsere SPS-Schaltanlagen Gläser fertigen. Nur eben nicht in der Präzision, die alle Welt erwartet. Deshalb sehen wir uns als Rückgrat der Industrie. Und darum steckt in uns die Power.
