Zur langfristigen Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen engagierten Projektleiter IT, insbesondere für den Software- und Firmwarebereich (m/w/d). Sie übernehmen vom Hauptsitz in Didderse aus die Verantwortung für Projekte an unseren drei Standorten in Didderse, Chemnitz und Schwarzheide – mit anfänglich erhöhter Reisebereitschaft, um die bestehenden Strukturen kennenzulernen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Verantwortung für die Projekte im IT-Bereich einschließlich Führung und Weiterentwicklung des internen IT-Teams sowie Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister
- Beratung, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der bestehenden Soft- und Firmware sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Integration und Harmonisierung verschiedener bestehender Systeme zur Schaffung effizienter IT-Prozesse
- Organisation der Sicherstellung der Cybersecurity in Bezug auf Netzwerke, Systeme, Hard- und Software sowie aller eingesetzten Dienste, Lösungen und Funktionen
- Koordination der Arbeit von Systemadministratoren und der Serverlandschaften

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung zum Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker o.ä. oder Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Softwaretechnik o.Ä
- Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Fähigkeit zur Einarbeitung in bestehende Strukturen und Systeme zur Optimierung der Funktionsweise
- Technisches Allgemeinverständnis
- Kenntnisse in Kalkulation und Projektcontrolling sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Führungswillen in einem kleinen Team

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
