Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von vielfältigen Integrationsprojekten und übernimmst die Projektleitung
- Du erarbeitest Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für Geschäftsprozesse
- Du leitest und managest Integrations- und Change Projekte innerhalb der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe
- Du koordinierst Anforderungsanalysen, Anbieterauswahl und Projektdurchführung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Beteiligten. Hierbei führst Du u.a. auch eine detaillierte Analyse der eingesetzten Softwaretools (ERP, CRM, ITSM, PM, QM) durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von größeren Change-Projekten sowie der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Change-Fahrplänen mit und Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du hast ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Disziplin, Eigenverantwortung, Selbstmotivation und Zielstrebigkeit
- Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und Projektcontrolling, idealerweise bringst Du zudem Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement mit
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Führung und Motivation in Projektteams zu übernehmen und verfügst über entsprechende Führungskompetenzen
- Du hast Spaß daran, gemeinsam mit anderen Menschen Lösungen zu gestalten und umzusetzen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
