Du führst Projekte durch die entscheidenden ersten Phasen – im engen Austausch mit einem engagierten Team, Bauherr:innen und Fachplaner:innen. Als Projektleitung in LPH 1–4 trägst du Verantwortung für Gestaltung, Struktur und Kommunikation – und gibst den Projekten von Beginn an Richtung.

Du kümmerst dich um die Definition der Projektziele und Festlegung der Meilensteine wie Kosten, Termine, Qualitäten
Du übernimmst die Kommunikation und Koordination zwischen AG und beteiligten Gewerken und Fachplanern
Du erkennst auch technische Probleme und gehst deren Lösung an
Du wendest deine versierten Kenntnisse in Vectorworks und Adobe an
Du verantwortest das Feedback und Controlling von Leistungsergebnissen
Du bist verantwortlich für die Projektleitung, Mitarbeiterführung und Mitarbeiterdisposition

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur (FH oder Universität)
Du verfügst über mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 1–4
Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Organisation komplexer Planungsprozesse mit
Du überzeugst durch ein starkes gestalterisches Profil und klare konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Du präsentierst souverän – intern wie extern – und kannst Ideen auf den Punkt bringen
Du arbeitest sicher mit gängiger Planungssoftware (Vectorworks, Adobe, Office)
Du bist teamfähig, strukturiert und trittst mit Klarheit und Verlässlichkeit auf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
