Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und steuerst die Markteintrittsstrategie für Polen – von der Planung über Pilotierungen bis zur Skalierung
- Mit deinem fundierten Verständnis der Zielgruppen steuerst du Marketing- und Vertriebsmaßnahmen passgenau und effizient
- Durch dein Netzwerk und Marktverständnis identifizierst du Geschäftschancen, potenzielle Kund:innen und passende Spedition
- Du begleitest und unterstützt den Aufbau operativer Prozesse (end-to-end), auch direkt im Tagesgeschäft
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Teams in Deutschland stellst du sicher, dass Kundenservice, Transportqualität funktionieren
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Operations, Sales, Produkt, Marketing und Support zusammen – dabei bringst du dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots für den polnischen Markt ein
- Kund:innen- und Partnermanagement gehören genauso zu deinem Alltag wie Reportings, Marktanalysen und Zieldefinitionen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kennst den polnischen Logistikmarkt – insbesondere im Bereich Stückgut und LTL – und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einem digitalen B2B-Umfeld gesammelt
- Du bringst 2 bis 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Markterschließung, als Country Manager und/oder im Bereich Logistik oder B2B mit
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Eigenverantwortung zeichnen dich aus: Du entwickelst Strategien, setzt Meilensteine und gehst Themen proaktiv an
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität mit und fühlst dich auch im operativen Tagesgeschäft wohl
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Sprachkenntnisse in Polnisch (C1/C2) sowie über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils mind. C1)
- Du bringst die nötige Reisebereitschaft zwischen Polen und Deutschland mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
