Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, implementierst und wartest die Netzwerkinfrastruktur an all unseren Standorten
- Du setzt neue IT-Systeme auf und betreust deren Einführung und Betrieb
- Du administrierst und optimierst unsere bestehende Systemlandschaft kontinuierlich
- Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen im IT-Umfeld – mit Schwerpunkt auf Windows-Clients, Microsoft 365 und Netzwerktechnologien
- Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen zu Systemen und Prozessen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich
- Du hast Erfahrung im Support und Troubleshooting von Windows-Infrastrukturen und Patch-Management
- Du verfügst über solides Fachwissen in einem oder mehreren der Bereiche Active Directory, Firewall, Storage, Backup, Windows Server und Netzwerk Topologie
- Du handelst eigenverantwortlich, denkst strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und hast eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Du bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
