Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten und betreuen aktiv die zugeordneten Kund:innen im Privatkundengeschäft auf genossenschaftlicher Basis
- Sie führen anlassbezogene Beratungen aus dem Bereich KundenService durch
- Sie akquirieren entsprechende Neukund:innen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Ausbau der Geschäftsbeziehungen und die Erhöhung der Mitglieder- und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Sie schöpfen aktiv Potentiale aus und führen standardisierte private Baufinanzierungen durch

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung zum/zur Bankkaufmann/-frau (oder Bankfachwirt:in) und sind bereit, sich weiterzubilden
- Sie haben erste Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Kundenberatung und treten freundlich sowie sicher auf
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und haben eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Sie arbeiten zielorientiert und selbständig
- Sie besitzen verkäuferisches Talent und haben Freude sowie Spaß am Verkaufen, verbunden mit entsprechender Abschlussorientierung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
