- Du entwickelst eigenständig deinen Kundenstamm weiter und pflegst die Beziehungen zu Bestandskunden.
- Du berätst Kunden kompetent und zielgerichtet, um ihre spezifischen Bedürfnisse rund um unser Kernportfolio – Siemens NX (CAD/CAM), Teamcenter (PLM) sowie xMVM – zu verstehen und zu bedienen.
- Du organisierst und führst Verkaufsgespräche durch, um potenzielle Kunden von unseren Lösungen zu überzeugen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem technischen Consultant-Team zusammen, um die optimale Lösung und ein herausragendes Ergebnis für den Kunden zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine hohe Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb mit – egal, ob als erfahrener Sales-Profi oder als technikaffiner Quereinsteiger (z.B. aus der Maschinenbedienung).
- Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis für IT-Themen und vor allem für die Use Cases unserer Kunden, um deren Geschäftsabläufe zu verstehen und effizient zu optimieren.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit dem PC und zeigst die nötige Lernbereitschaft, um dich in komplexe und stetig aktualisierte Anwendungen wie unsere Siemens-Vertriebssoftware einzuarbeiten.
- Du beweist hohe Eigeninitiative und hast den nötigen langen Atem sowie die Geduld, um langfristige Kundenbeziehungen erfolgreich aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und weißt, wie man Kunden zielgerichtet berät und gewinnt.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
