Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen die Erfüllung aller gesetzlichen Anforderungen an das Unternehmen in Arbeitssicherheit, Anlagensicherheit und Brandschutz sicher
- Sie erstellen Maßnahmenkonzepte zur Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit und beraten das Werksmanagement in allen Belangen des Zuständigkeitsbereichs
- Sie führen Gefährdungsbeurteilungen für alle Mitarbeitenden der Standorte Mühlacker (inkl. Produktion), Böblingen und Rüsselsheim durch
- Sie definieren und kommunizieren präventive Sicherheitsvorschriften und überwachen die Einhaltung derselben
- Sie analysieren Unfälle und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Sie planen, überwachen, führen durch und dokumentieren die sicherheitsrelevanten Schulungen
- Sie erstellen sicherheitsrelevante Wartungspläne der Anlagen, koordinieren und dokumentieren die Wartungen sowie kontrollieren den Erfolg derselben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit vertieften Kenntnissen und/oder mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit; optional zusätzlich im Brandschutz
- Sie bringen eine Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit mit
- Sie haben umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den relevanten Arbeitsschutzgesetzen und Vorschriften
- Sie besitzen Schulungs- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Eigeninitiative, Integrität, Sorgfalt und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
- Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung mit Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystemen, wie z.B. ISO 45001, mit
- Sie sind idealerweise Brandschutz- oder Sicherheitsbeauftragter
- Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten aus und verfügen über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
