- Identifikation und Analyse von Startups und Technologietrends in Europa – Du bist unser Radar für spannende neue Investments (Software wie auch Hardware)
- Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen, Teams und Märkten auf Basis quantitativer und qualitativer Analysen
- Mitarbeit an Investmentprozessen: von der Erstansprache bis zur finalen Entscheidung inkl. Due Diligence und Dealstrukturierung
- Strategische und operative Unterstützung unserer Portfoliounternehmen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Investment-Committees und LPs
- Weiterentwicklung interner Tools, Prozesse und Strategien im Bereich Dealflow-Management und Portfolio-Monitoring

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sehr guter Universitätsabschluss (Bachelor/Master) im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, …)
- Relevante Berufserfahrung durch Praktika oder erste Festanstellung im VC, PE, Investment Banking, Consulting oder Startup
- Unternehmertum an verschiedenen Stellen bereits bewiesen, bspw. eigene Gründung, Vereinsaktivität, Uniprojekte, …
- Analytisches Denken, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Interesse an Technologie und Unternehmertum
- Hands-on Mentalität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel & PowerPoint, Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
