Kaufmännische Projektleitung im Pipelinebau (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Budgetverantwortung des Bauvorhabens gemeinsam mit der technischen Projektleitung
- Durchführung der Budgetverfolgung und monatlichen Analyse des Kosten- und Leistungsstandes des Projektes (Arbeitskalkulation)
- Monatliche Meldung des kaufmännischen Status des Projektes
- Verwaltung, Organisation und Überwachung der internen Personal- und Gerätebeistellung sowie insbesondere bei ARGEn Betreuung aller weiteren Abrechnungsthemen
- Mitarbeit beim Claim Management des Projektes sowie Herausarbeitung von potenziellen Nachträgen
- Mitarbeit bei der Vertragsgestaltung gegenüber unseren Nachunternehmern sowie Betreuung möglicher Nachtragsforderungen
- Erstellung von Liquiditätsplanungen
- Führung von Teams auf unseren Baustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse / Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Großprojekten im Bereich Pipelinebau sind wünschenswert
- Technisches Grundverständnis
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Dauerhafte Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität beim Einsatzort
- Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten sowie gute und sichere Ausdrucksweise (auch in Englisch)
- Teamfähigkeit und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
