- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel (m/w/d), idealerweise im Textileinzelhandel.
- Alternativ: Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Textileinzelhandel mit.
- Sie haben zwingend erste Führungserfahrung und eine strukturierte sowie umsatzorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sie sind kontaktfreudig und besitzen eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
- Sie haben ein modisches Gespür und Stilsicherheit und Freude am Verkauf sowie an der individuellen Betreuung der Kund:innen.
