- Beratung unserer KundInnen rund um intelligente CRM Prozesse von Bedarfsanalyse bis hin zu Implementierung (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Navigation durch alle Anforderungen des Projekts mit agilen Methoden & du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen KundInnen & NEO-Team
- Erarbeitung der Bedürfnisse durch Anforderungsinterviews, Prozessaufnahmen oder mit selbstgestalteten Workshops & Umsetzung passender Lösungen
- Du denkst über die Salesforce-Plattform hinaus und bringst dich auch in fachlich-technische CRM-Projekte sowie bei der Auswahl ergänzender Softwarelösungen ein
- Du bist eine*r unserer Salesforce Technologie Expert*innen, sodass du die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Salesforce Produkte kennst und beraten kannst. Dabei hast du den Salesforce Standard im Blick und kannst kundenspezifische Bedürfnisse lösen

Was du mitbringen sollst:
- 4 Jahre Salesforce Fachwissen sowie Fachwissen in Vertriebs-, Service- oder Marketing-Prozessen
- Technische Zertifizierung in Sales Cloud und Service Cloud. Wünschenswert zusätzlich in der Experience Cloud und/oder Data Cloud

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
