Unser Venture Operations Associate (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die Durchführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Operations der LEA Venture Capital (VC) Fonds. Diese Rolle fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem VC Investmentteam, den Portfoliounternehmen und dem LEA Finance Team um operative Effizienz, finanzielle Genauigkeit und regulatorische Compliance voranzutreiben. Die Rolle berichtet als VC Verantwortliche an die Head of Fund Operations von LEA.

Was erwartet dich?

Fund Operations: Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Kapitalmaßnahmen sowie im Melde- und Berichtswesen, bei Finance- & Accounting-Themen und der Erstellung unserer Jahresabschlüsse.
Investor Relations: Du beantwortest nationale und internationale Investorenanfragen, unterstützt beim Fundraising, designst und optimierst Reportingunterlagen und führst Unternehmensbewertungen durch.
Deals & Portfolio: Du begleitest das Aufsetzen und die Betreuung von Akquisitionsstrukturen sowie die Durchführung ausgewählter Schritte im Akquisitions-, Set-up- und Exitprozess.
Corporate Governance: Du stellst die Durchführung und Dokumentation relevanter Beschlussprozesse sicher und betreust gesellschaftsrechtliche Themen.
Interne Prozesse & Compliance: Du entwickelst interne Compliance- und Kontrollprozesse weiter und stellst hohe Qualitätsstandards sicher – u.a. mit Fokus auf ESG-Themen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
Du besitzt Kentnisse in HGB / IFRS / Controlling / Finance
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Bewertungsmethoden (DCF, Markt-Multiples)
Du besitzt ein Grundverständnis von Unternehmensstrukturen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen ist ein Plus
Du hast die Bereitschaft, bestehende Annahmen konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und Prozesse zu verbessern
Dich kennzeichnend ein Ausgeprägte Detailorientierung und hohe Eigenverantwortung
Du besitzt einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du besitzt erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen / Rechnungswesen / Controlling, Start-up, Consulting, finanznahe Data Analytics oder direkt im PE-/VC-Umfeld
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
Berufliche Sprachkompetenz in Englisch und Deutsch wird bevorzugt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
