Senior Manager IT im Atruvia-Umfeld (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Bankmitarbeitenden und dem externen IT-Dienstleister
- Du gewährleistest den IT-Support sowie eine kompetente IT-Beratung für unsere Mitarbeitenden
- Du administrierst unser Kernbankensystem agree21 sowie die damit verbundenen Anwendungen
- Du arbeitest aktiv an IT-Audits und Rezertifizierungen mit
- Du definierst IT-Benutzerrichtlinien, steuerst technische Berechtigungen und entwickelst Maßnahmen für das IT-Notfallmanagement im Rahmen von BAIT, SOIT und MaRisk
- Du überwachst, administrierst und optimierst unsere IT-Infrastruktur
- Du analysierst bestehende IT-Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe und entwickelst diese nach Best-Practice-Ansätzen weiter
- Du übernimmst die Leitung von IT-Projekten innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs
- Du führst eigenständig Schulungen und Einweisungen für Mitarbeitende durch

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Atruvia-Umfeld mit, idealerweise innerhalb einer Genossenschaftsbank
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Fachinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Bankarbeitsplatz (BAP), BankingWorkspace (BWS), SAGA und weiteren Atruvia-Anwendungen
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration und im Support von Microsoft- und M365-Umgebungen, entsprechende Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Identity- und Access Management (IAM) inkl. Rezertifizierungsprozesse
- Du hast Praxiserfahrung in der Durchführung und Begleitung von IT-Audits
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik sowie Erfahrung mit NFON-Telefonanlagen
- Du hast gute ITIL-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit Zertifikat
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, sowohl klassisch als auch agil
- Du kennst dich mit regulatorischen Anforderungen wie DORA, MaRisk, BAIT und SOIT aus, was von Vorteil ist
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigenmotivation und eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist offen für neue Technologien und Herausforderungen
