Consultant und Projektmanagement für Kundenprojekte (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erbringen aktiv und kreativ anspruchsvolle Koordinierungs- und Projektleistungen im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kund:innen aus dem In- und Ausland (vornehmlich Zentralasien und Osteuropa)
- Sie werden frühzeitig in Projekte und Mandate mit einbezogen
- Sie unterstützen aktiv die Geschäftsführung bei Terminen und strategischen Aufgaben
- Sie arbeiten direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und koordinieren Entscheidungen in enger Abstimmung
- Sie koordinieren und steuern Projekte mit sowie organisieren nationale und internationale Events
- Sie führen umfassende Recherchen zu relevanten Themen für die Geschäftsführung durch und analysieren wirtschaftliche sowie politische Entwicklungen auf Deutsch, Englisch und bei Bedarf auf Russisch im Rahmen unserer Projekte in Zentralasien.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Politikwissenschaften, Kommunikationsmanagement oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Sie bringen bereits mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen und eine Affinität für politische und wirtschaftliche Themen mit
- Sie besitzen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und sind eine kommunikative und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative, haben gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten und analytische Vorgehensweisen
- Sie verfügen über exzellente Umgangsformen und fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und möglichst Russisch
- Sie sind flexibel, zuverlässig, gut organisiert, stressresistent und teamfähig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
