Als IT & Business Process Manager übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der IT- und Prozesslandschaft in einem wachsenden E-Commerce-Unternehmen.
Du arbeitest eng mit einem erfahrenen Interim-Manager zusammen und wirst innerhalb von 9–12 Monaten auf die Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich IT & Prozesse vorbereitet.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest und setzt das Transformationsprojekt (ERP, Data Warehouse, Toollandschaft) um
- Du koordinierst und steuerst IT-Projekte, inklusive Zeitplanung, Dienstleistersteuerung und Kommunikation
- Du analysierst, optimierst und automatisierst bereichsübergreifende Geschäftsprozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
- Du unterstützt in nicht-technischen Projekten mit methodischer Kompetenz und führst fachlich den internen und externen IT-Support (First-/Second-Level)
- Du bist verantwortlich für das zentrale Projektmanagement-Tool (Asana) – inklusive Struktur, Support und Weiterentwicklung
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei der Planung und Steuerung zentraler Projekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Projekten, IT-Consulting oder IT-Betrieb mit – idealerweise im E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Du hast ein Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und moderne IT-Architekturen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Dienstleister:innen und eine strukturierte, eigenständige sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du kennst dich mit OKRs und Projektmanagement-Tools wie Asana aus und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast Interesse an bereichsübergreifendem Projekt- und Prozessmanagement – auch jenseits klassischer IT-Themen
