Rechenzentrums-Administrator für IT-Sicherheit (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreibst und entwickelst unser eigenes Rechenzentrum weiter – von Server, Storage & Netzwerk über Virtualisierung und Firewalls bis hin zu Backup-/DR-Strategien
- Du arbeitest an Projekten für Kund:innen: Planung, Aufbau und Migration von IaaS-/DaaS-Umgebungen, Netzwerk- und Security-Projekten
- Du bist für Service & Support (2nd/3rd Level) zuständig: Analyse, Troubleshooting und Performance-Tuning – du sorgst für „Zero Downtime“
- Du automatisierst und innovierst: Skripting, Monitoring, CI/CD-Pipelines – du bringst neue Ideen ein, um unsere unternehmensinternen Module kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Du kümmerst dich um Security & Compliance: Umsetzung des ISM-Code-Baukastens, ISO 9001-Prozesse und Datenschutz-Best Practices

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FISI) oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld – alternativ vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
- Du hast Erfahrung im Rechenzentrums-Betrieb (VMware/Hyper-V oder KVM, Windows & Linux, SAN/NAS, Netzwerk-Technologien, Firewalls)
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Know-how in IaaS/Cloud-Architekturen, Virtualisierungsszenarien und Hochverfügbarkeits-Designs
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in IT-Security (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, Patch-/Vuln-Management)
- Du bringst ein Service-Mindset mit, arbeitest selbstständig und hast Lust, dich in neue Themen einzugraben

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
