Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern und planen Aufnahmen, Therapien und Entlassungen und sind der Dreh- und Angelpunkt, wenn es darum geht, den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Therapieangebote zu gewährleisten
- Sie koordinieren monatlich Therapien mittels Behandlungsstandards nach Verfügbarkeit von Heilmitteln und Therapeut:innen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Sozialdiensten der Krankenhäuser, Krankenkassen, Rentenversicherungen, Berufsgenossenschaften und Arztpraxen zusammen, um die bestmögliche Betreuung unserer Rehabilitand:innen sicherzustellen
- Sie stehen unseren Rehabilitand:innen telefonisch und persönlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
