Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich technische Kundenanfragen – national und international
- Du gestaltest das unternehmensinterne Portfolio weiterer Serviceprodukte- und dienstleistungen mit
- Du wickelst vielfältige Serviceaufträge an komplexen Maschinen und Anlagen ab und koordinierst diese
- Du erstellst und betreust technische Angebote – von der Analyse bis zur Umsetzung
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zur Lösung technischer Herausforderungen zusammen
- Du analysierst und bearbeitest technische Reklamationen mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Lösungen und organisierst sowie steuerst weltweite Serviceeinsätze, z. B. für Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen oder Retrofit-Projekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du hast eine Affinität für Technik und technische Zusammenhänge
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office Anwendungen und grundlegende Kenntnisse in AMS
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß am projektorientierten Arbeiten sowie an der Umsetzung eigener Ideen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
