Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die elektrische Installation von Maschinen- und Anlagenprojekten durch und überwachst diese
- Du leitest disziplinarisch und fachlich ein Montageteam von 5-8 Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d)
- Du stellst die Qualität und Liefertreue unter Einhaltung wirtschaftlicher Vorgaben sicher
- Du installierst Informations- und Energieleitungen sowie Sicherheitskomponenten nach E-Plan und planst die Leitungsführung
- Du organisierst und entwickelst die Montageprozesse weiter
- Du führst die Inbetriebnahme in unserem Werk und bei unseren Kund:innen durch; gelegentliche Montageeinsätze gehören dazu

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektro-Montage mit, Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Du konntest eine Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in abschließen und hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) absolviert
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und hast eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Führung eines Teams
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und bist ein Organisationstalent
- Du hast Spaß an gelegentlicher Montagetätigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
