Buchhalter im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
- Du bereitest die Vorkontierung und Buchung für unsere externe Steuerkanzlei vor
- Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
- Du bewertest und buchst unfertige Leistungen (Projekte im Bereich Gebäudetechnik) und prüfst ein- und ausgehende Belege sowie koordinierst den Belegfluss
- Du erstellst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und planst sowie führst Zahlungsläufe durch und überwachst offene Posten
- Du bildest und überwachst Rückstellungen und kümmerst dich um die Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung
- Du bereitest die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung gemeinsam mit der Steuerkanzlei vor und arbeitest für betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen und die Geschäftsführung zu
- Du erstellst Statistiken wie ELAN, DESTATIS, IDEV und betreust stattfindende Prüfungen durch die Sozialversicherung/DRV und ggf. des Finanzamts

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit, idealerweise im Handwerksumfeld
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und gewissenhaft
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerkanzleien

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
