HR Spezialist für Personalentwicklung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die Ansprechperson (m/w/d) für Mitarbeitende und Geschäftsführung in personalrelevanten Themen
- Du übernimmst die Personalplanung und Bedarfsermittlung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Du trägst Verantwortung in der Personalentwicklung, strategischen Personalarbeit und HR-Prozessoptimierung
- Du erstellst und verwaltest Arbeitsverträge sowie Personalakten und Mitarbeiterstammdaten
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und betreust das Bewerbermanagement inkl. Terminkoordination mit Bewerbenden sowie Koordination des Onboarding-Prozesses
- Du arbeitest an verschiedenen Projekten mit, u.a. im Bereich der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikation im Personalbereich, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal
- Du hast sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und vertrauenswürdig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
