Vertriebsmanager für Energie und Mobilität (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die aktive Verantwortung für den Ausbau unserer Kundenbasis und begeisterst neue Zielgruppen für innovative Lösungen im Bereich dezentraler Wärme- und Stromversorgung, Photovoltaikanlagen sowie E-Mobilität
- Du schaffst durch deine vertrauensvolle Betreuung und Pflege von Bestandskund:innen sowie wichtigen Marktpartner:innen und Multiplikator:innen nachhaltige Partnerschaften
- Du erstellst und koordinierst Angebote, steuerst Ausschreibungen und behältst den Überblick über anspruchsvolle Projekte – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Team zukunftsweisende Produkte und Dienstleistungen für Industrie, Gewerbe, Immobilienwirtschaft und Kommunen. Dein Fokus liegt auf den Themen Nah- und Fernwärme, erneuerbare Energien, Energiedienstleistungen, E-Mobilität und Digitalisierung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Technischen- oder Wirtschaftsfachwirt (m/w/d) und kannst bereits erste vertriebliche Erfolge nachweisen
- Du bist ein Vertriebstalent mit Freude am Beziehungsaufbau und sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie sicherem Auftreten und zwischenmenschlichem Geschick
- Du kennst idealerweise die energiewirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge und Herausforderungen der Branche und hast ein Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und erklärungsbedürftige Themen
- Du arbeitest dich motiviert und eigenständig in komplexe Themen ein und hast Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, CRM-Anwendungen und sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du hast Lust am Präsentieren, Gestalten und Verkaufen, bist zuverlässig und flexibel in der Aufgabenbearbeitung
- Du bringst hohe Motivation und selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten mit
