Buchhalter für die interne Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erfasst und buchst Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Bankbuchhaltung
- Du verwaltest und stimmst die Konten (Haupt- und Nebenbücher) ab
- Du führst den Zahlungsverkehr durch, überwachst Zahlungseingänge und kümmerst dich um das Mahnwesen
- Du erstellst Auswertungen und Berichte für interne und externe Zwecke
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Buchhaltungsrichtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sicher
- Du arbeitest bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Digitalisierung im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und kennst dich mit Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Bankbuchhaltung aus
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische/buchhalterische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Steuerfach
- Du kennst die einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorschriften (HGB, UStG)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware bzw. ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Business Central, Navision, DATEV) sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
