Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind zuständig für die Aufnahme und administrative Abwicklung von Schadensfällen in den Bereichen Ladung und Kasko
- Sie verantworten flexibles Schadensmanagement von Großschäden und sonstigen Versicherungsfällen
- Sie kontrollieren und überarbeiten Verträge von z.B. Charter Parties und sonstigen Terms
- Sie kommunizieren mit in- und externen Beteiligten, z. B. Agenten, Versicherern, Sachverständigen und Anwälten
- Sie erstellen statistische Auswertungen zur Claimsentwicklung und Kostendeckung
- Sie verfolgen und überprüfen die Schadensabrechnungen und Zahlungsfreigabe

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mind. zwei Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Schadenssachbearbeitung oder im Operations-Bereich
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Schifffahrtskauffrau/-mann, oder einen fachbezogenen Bachelorabschluss, ideal aber nicht Voraussetzung wäre eine juristische Vorbildung mit Schwerpunkt Seehandelsrecht
- Sie glänzen mit sicheren Deutschkenntnissen (C1) in Wort und Schrift und guten Englischkenntnissen (B1/B2)
- Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Anwendungen mit
- Sie gewährleisten absolute Termintreue, Ergebnisorientierung und eine im höchsten Maße strukturierte Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit sehr großer Team- und Kommunikationskompetenz

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
