What should you bring along?
- You have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and hospitality property market in Germany, including market trends, key players, and development cycles
- You are familiar with asset classes such as office buildings, hotels, serviced apartments, and mixed-use developments
- You have proven success in selling high-value B2B services, such as Construction Management, Design & Build, Architectural or Engineering Consulting, particularly to investors, asset managers, hotel operators, or developers
- You have experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex service contracts, ideally for multi-phase construction or refurbishment projects
- You are familiar with RFP/RFQ processes, procurement strategies, and tender procedures (VOB/A) and have a solid grasp of German construction, zoning, and permitting frameworks, especially how they impact commercial or hospitality developments
- You are proficient in using CRM tools to manage leads, track pipeline progress, and generate forecasts
- You have experience working with internal technical teams (designers, engineers, project managers) to develop tailored proposals and feasibility inputs
- You have demonstrated experience in regional markets within Germany, such as Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, or Hamburg, including an understanding of local pricing, planning conditions, and client expectations

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
