Abteilungsleiter für IT-Betrieb und Infrastruktur (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den sicheren Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Services
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch mehrere operative Teams in den Bereichen Benutzer- und Servicedesk (1st-Level-Support), IT-Infrastruktur und Cloud-Plattformen, IT-Sicherheitsbetrieb und Netzwerksicherheit sowie Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und IT-Beschaffung
- Du entwickelst die IT-Betriebslandschaft strategisch und operativ weiter in enger Abstimmung mit der IT-Gesamtstrategie
- Du initiierst und steuerst zentrale Vorhaben der nächsten Jahre, wie den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) und die Professionalisierung der externen Providersteuerung
- Du stellst einen sicheren, stabilen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der IT-Services und -Infrastruktur sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für IT-Sicherheit, Systemverfügbarkeit und die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben (u. a. DORA) und führst, entwickelst und motivierst die Teamleitungen und deren Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion im Bereich IT-Betrieb/IT-Infrastruktur
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Service-Management, IT-Sicherheit und Providersteuerung
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Betriebsstrukturen und -prozessen sowie Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen im Versicherungsumfeld
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und strategisches Denkvermögen mit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
